Helpful Information For Bug Support Requests

In order to reduce the time spent to get to a solution, it might be helpful to provide us with a few details in your support request, especially when facing a bug:

  • name/url of your Atlassian site, e.g. https://your-name.atlassian.net

  • the period of time you’ve observed the bug, e.g. 5:00 - 5:10pm

  • name of your Vercel project, if any

  • No labels
